When I wrote QUANTUM DEATH (Savant 2017) with A. G. Hayes, I never expected the plot would so quickly transform from techno-political thriller to modern day drama. Take the basic plot: North Korea at the lead, with China watching and cheering, and Russia, dare I say it, coming to the aid of American agents Koski and Falk. Or how about it's cyber-warfare/dark web/The Onion Ring (TOR)-based financing using Bitcoins? And how about the "Quantum Death Machine," originating in Russian and finding its way into North Korean hands?
